Tips for a productive video-conference training

Choose a quiet room, at home or at work with no distractions. Turn your phone on mute, block your calls on your landline so that you can concentrate fully on your session.

For a better sound quality it is often a good idea to wear headphones with an integrated microphone.

Check that your internet connection is working and familiarize yourself with the video-conferencing platform before your first session.

Video-conference calls can feel more intense than face to face sessions so it may be a good idea to limit the time you spend on a call. Courses of  between 1 – 2 hours normally work well.

Lastly be positive, wear a smile and if you have any problems understanding or speaking use the chat function to help you communicate
